- Begin working on Blog Post
Thursday, April 9th
- Make sure you have 3 Vocabulary words
- Make sure you have 4 Quality Questions
- Work on Blog Post/Comment on others
Friday, April 10th
- Finish Blog Post
- Comment on others

Esperanza’s father has died and this will be hard for her because without her dad her family will be much quieter and even more sad. I think this because with her dad gone, Esperanza’s mom might marry someone else. Also Esperanza’s dad took care of all the plants that grew there, now that he is dead they might die. Last, since Esperanza blurted out the landlord can't marry her mom he might kick them out. I think the author started the story this way to show that it is the start of the book but also the start of the sad part of her life. The rest of the story will probably be about how to make her life happy again after this loss.
